La luz indicadora de Error aún está encendida o parpadeando después de haber reemplazado la unidad de tambor por una nueva.
Seguir los pasos listados abajo para reiniciar el contador del tambor.
NOTA: Las ilustraciones pueden variar según el modelo Brother.
1) Asegurarse de que la máquina esté encendida.
2) Abrir la Cubierta Superior (Top Cover).
3) Para reiniciar el contador de tambor, presionar Power 4 veces.
4) Cerrar la cubierta superior.
5) Asegurarse de que la luz indicadora de Error esté ahora apagada.
⚠️ Si el error persiste, repetir desde el paso 2 con los siguientes ajustes:
2) Abrir la Cubierta Superior nuevamente.
3) Presionar Power 6 veces.
4) Cerrar la cubierta superior.
